About the role
Manage and complete software subscription renewals to maintain and grow customer accounts. Engage customers to ensure on-time renewals and expand Sonatype's footprint.
What you’ll do
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to close renewals. • Review customer renewal info and subscription history. • Identify future renewals proactively. • Educate customers on subscription options. • Prepare and process renewal quotes and documents.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in high-volume activity environment. • Discuss contract compliance and pricing with customers. • Extreme attention to detail for contract accuracy. • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems. • Work authorization for USA, preference for EST or CST timezone.
