About the role
The Reporting & Governance SME drives operational reporting, performance management, and governance across telecom network and service operations. They turn complex data into actionable insights and support continuous improvement across teams and leadership.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports. • Define and govern KPIs, SLAs, and reporting standards. • Monitor performance and identify trends and risks. • Coordinate governance meetings and document decisions. • Support audits, compliance reviews, and remediation tracking.
What you’ll bring
• 6-10+ years in reporting or operational governance. • Proven ability to design dashboards and KPI frameworks. • Advanced Excel and Power BI or Tableau skills. • Bachelor's degree in related field. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
