About the role
The Research Manager oversees research activities and staff for the FCDO-funded Third Party Monitoring Project. They ensure timely delivery of high-quality research and liaise with partners and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement project strategy. • Plan research in line with project objectives. • Ensure data collection and analysis quality. • Manage and mentor research team. • Engage with external stakeholders quarterly.
What you’ll bring
• Master's degree in relevant discipline. • 3+ years relevant experience. • Experience managing INGO teams. • Fluency in English. • Ability to work in complex security environment.
