About the role
Lead strategic and operational support for global health and development research initiatives. Oversee diverse research portfolio ensuring timely delivery and compliance with ethical standards.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement systems to streamline research operations. • Mitigate risks related to research ethics and data security. • Lead revision and enforcement of SOPs with ethics and data teams. • Facilitate cross-functional working groups for research projects. • Supervise research teams and manage vendor performance.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences or related field. • Minimum 10 years in operations or project management. • Experience managing complex multi-country research portfolios. • Fluent in English. • Work authorization for USA.
