About the role
Manage reservations and guest enquiries for short-let apartments. Serve as first contact for prospective and existing guests, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
What you’ll do
• Manage booking enquiries across multiple channels. • Provide information on availability and booking requirements. • Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations. • Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs. • Maintain communication and resolve guest complaints.
What you’ll bring
• Degree or diploma in related field preferred. • Experience in reservations or hospitality preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
