About the role
The Resident Independent Monitor provides independent monitoring of NTD programme activities, ensuring quality and accountability in Mass Drug Administration campaigns. The role involves identifying gaps, verifying data, and supporting corrective actions in assigned LGAs.
What you’ll do
• Monitor implementation progress and treatment coverage. • Verify treatment and reporting data accuracy. • Identify and escalate operational challenges. • Support community mobilisation and stakeholder engagement. • Submit timely monitoring reports and updates.
What you’ll bring
• Reside in assigned LGA during implementation. • Experience in monitoring or public health programmes. • Ability to verify and validate data accurately. • Work independently with integrity and objectivity. • Authorization to work in Nigeria.
