About the role
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation and inventory management. Ensure kitchen hygiene and food quality standards are met daily.
What you’ll do
• Organize inventory, storage, and food distribution. • Control portion costs per food batch. • Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene. • Plan menus and manage food surpluses. • Supervise cooks and ensure recipe conformance.
What you’ll bring
• Commercial cooking experience. • Ability to multitask. • Creative and customer oriented. • Management or supervisory experience preferred. • HND/BSc degree or equivalent. • Must reside or work in Ikeja, Lagos.
