• Drive retailer acquisition and customer growth across MFC locations. • Manage and improve productivity of field sales teams. • Develop strategies for retailer activation and retention. • Manage MFC partner relationships and growth targets. • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. • 7-10 years experience in sales, FMCG, retail distribution or network management. • Proven experience managing field sales teams and growth targets. • Strong leadership, analytical and reporting skills. • Willingness to travel across MFC locations.
