About the role
Ensure smooth station operations by utilizing resources effectively, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Manage sales of PMS, AGO, Lubricant and Gas while delivering excellent customer service and achieving targets.
What you’ll do
• Drive sales and profitability of PMS, AGO, Gas and Lubricants. • Monitor daily station operations and ensure accuracy. • Manage stock, product replenishment and minimize fraud. • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and policies. • Lead and develop station staff and manage customer feedback.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum HND or B.Sc. • 2-4 years relevant retail or sales experience. • Track record of high integrity and accountability. • Marketing or sales experience required. • Must reside in the job location.
