About the role
The Retail Supervisor drives sales growth and expands retail coverage for itel Accessories. They work with sales teams and retailers to increase product visibility and achieve sales targets.
What you’ll do
• Drive sales of itel accessories to meet targets. • Supervise and support Sales Representatives. • Conduct joint market visits to assess performance. • Build and maintain retailer and distributor relationships. • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field. • 4-7 years retail or sales supervision experience. • Experience managing retail accounts. • Strong sales leadership and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in field and travel within markets.
