About the role
Support growth of rooms revenue by analyzing demand, booking, and competitor data to recommend pricing and inventory changes. Maintain accurate room and rate information across electronic booking channels for EKO Hotels & Suites.
What you’ll do
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, cancellations, and market segment performance. • Track competitor rates, local events, and demand patterns; recommend pricing or promotional actions. • Support rolling rooms revenue forecasts and explain variances. • Load and verify approved rates, packages, promotions, and booking restrictions. • Maintain accurate room descriptions and ensure rate and availability sync across platforms.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in related discipline. • At least two years experience in hotel revenue management or E-Distribution. • Knowledge of hotel PMS, channel managers, OTA extranets, booking engines. • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
