About the role
Manage and design revenue systems across multiple departments to align growth initiatives with company priorities. Build dashboards, optimize processes, and support execution of new initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Design and manage revenue system across Sales, Marketing, Credit, Ops, Finance. • Build dashboards to track CAC, LTV, retention, pipeline conversion, revenue growth. • Standardize workflows to reduce friction and improve speed to revenue. • Support launch of new markets, consignment, credit pilots, product expansions. • Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields. • Experience managing pilots and scale initiatives in high-growth companies. • Proficiency in CRMs, BI tools, Excel/Sheets, dashboards. • Strong project management and process design skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
