About the role
Lead the design and implementation of a global reward, benefits and recognition framework for a newly integrated organisation. Manage pay structures, benefits, allowances and recognition for around 850 staff across 20 jurisdictions.
What you’ll do
• Embed reward and recognition framework globally. • Lead implementation and governance of reward framework. • Develop international pay methodology and hardship scales. • Set global minimum standards for benefits. • Design recognition approaches with People Care.

• Senior global reward role experience. • Experience with international pay frameworks. • Strong job evaluation and benchmarking skills. • Analytical and modelling expertise. • High integrity and courageous judgement.
