About the role
Lead design, implementation, and oversight of Enterprise Risk Management and internal control frameworks. Ensure operational efficiency, financial integrity, asset protection, and fraud prevention.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement Group ERM framework. • Improve internal control policies and SOPs. • Oversee controls in procurement and logistics. • Promote risk-aware ethical culture and compliance training. • Prepare risk and control reports for Management and Board.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred. • Active membership in ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CRMA. • 7-10 years experience in risk management or compliance. • Experience in EPC, oil & gas, manufacturing preferred. • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
