About the role
Partner with injured workers, employers, and medical providers to manage cases for medical recovery and return to work. Advocate, communicate, and coordinate medical services effectively.
What you’ll do
• Perform clinical assessments via telephone. • Communicate with claims examiners and clients. • Identify and solve delayed recovery issues. • Negotiate treatment and disability duration. • Maintain client privacy and adhere to standards.
What you’ll bring
• Current unrestricted RN license in US state or territory. • 1.5 years workers compensation case management experience. • Compact nursing license preferred. • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent preferred. • Work authorization for United States.
