About the role
Grow the Tokenized Stocks business line by defining roadmaps and tracking market dynamics. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to launch and operate new Tokenized Stocks and RWA products.
What you’ll do
• Define roadmap and priorities to grow tokenised stock AUM and trading volume. • Track market dynamics and analyze on-chain and off-chain data. • Support rollout of new Tokenized Stocks and RWA products. • Translate business requirements into operational procedures. • Collaborate with internal and external teams for integration.
What you’ll bring
• 4-5 years in crypto growth or traditional finance operations. • Basic understanding of blockchain technology. • Experience working with Product Managers on BRDs and PRDs. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Work authorization for Hong Kong or remote.
