About the role
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for service professionals using the platform. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure early adoption success.
What you’ll do
• Own relationship during initial onboarding phase. • Serve as primary resource for new Pros. • Reinforce value of Housecall Pro. • Communicate client feedback across teams. • Identify opportunities for expansion.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3+ years in customer success or sales. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Advanced English proficiency. • Work scheduled shifts Mon-Fri 11am-8pm PST. • Work authorization for Mexico.
