About the role
Engage customers at retail outlets to promote phone financing and assist with onboarding and applications.
What you’ll do
• Work with store staff and operations teams for loan processing. • Represent brand professionally and maintain customer satisfaction. • Follow up with customers to complete applications. • Explain product features and financing terms. • Track sales metrics and ensure compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Prior sales or retail banking experience preferred. • Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment. • Minimum OND, NCE or equivalent qualification. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
