About the role
Manage customer acquisition and relations to promote Whoosh NG's logistics services. Drive sales growth through lead generation and customer engagement.
What you’ll do
• Identify and acquire new individual and corporate customers. • Promote international shipping, interstate deliveries, haulage and B2B logistics. • Generate leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media and visits. • Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up sales. • Handle complaints and coordinate resolutions with operations team.
What you’ll bring
• Work authorization for Nigeria. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in sales or customer relations. • Ability to meet weekly and monthly sales targets. • Proficient in using digital communication tools.
