About the role
Manage customer relationships and sales for a premium pet brand. Handle bookings, sales, and customer follow-up to ensure repeat business.
What you’ll do
• Take and confirm grooming and boarding bookings. • Reach out to inactive customers to bring them back. • Follow up after purchases and services. • Collect feedback and report complaints. • Process sales accurately on POS system.
What you’ll bring
• Lives in or near Lekki/Ajah. • Excellent English and confident on WhatsApp and phone. • OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline. • 1–3 years retail sales or customer service experience. • Comfortable handling dogs, cats and other pets.

Accommodation available for successful candidates who need it. Monthly performance bonus up to ₦50,000.
