About the role
Provide high class customer service and increase company growth through sales maximisation. Assist customers in identifying and purchasing pharmaceutical products.
What you’ll do
• Follow company policies and procedures. • Answer customer questions and escalate issues. • Ring up purchases and manage point-of-sale. • Maintain accurate sales and customer records. • Develop long-lasting customer relationships.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience. • Proximity to Ojuelegba or nearby areas preferred. • Excellent verbal and communication skills. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Computer literate with OND or HND qualification.
