About the role
Support a fast-moving sales team with CRM management, scheduling, follow-ups, proposals, reporting, and sales operations. Ensure sales pipeline accuracy and smooth sales processes without direct selling.
What you’ll do
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages. • Coordinate sales calls, demos, and meetings. • Draft follow-up communications and meeting summaries. • Prepare sales proposals and client documents. • Track sales performance and prepare reports.
What you’ll bring
• 1–2+ years sales or administrative support experience. • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive. • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills. • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. • Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
