• Conduct daily consultations with about 20 qualified leads. • Build rapport and secure signed retainers. • Develop knowledge of Tennessee criminal law and firm strategies. • Support clients with empathy and professionalism. • Represent the firm’s commitment to excellence and client service.
What you’ll bring
• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing. • At least 7 years criminal defense experience. • Proven phone sales or client consultation skills. • Enjoy frequent client phone interactions. • Eligible to work in the United States.
