About the role
Lead and develop sales training programs for Ethos Sales Agents. Build and deliver onboarding, coaching, and script strategies across sales verticals.
What you’ll do
• Lead onboarding and ongoing skills trainings for agents. • Develop and refine sales scripts with sales leaders. • Build onboarding curriculum and remedial training. • Use AI insights to identify coaching opportunities. • Design and run pilots and A/B script tests.
What you’ll bring
• Experience building sales training programs. • Ability to create training content independently. • Comfortable facilitating and coaching agents. • Strong partnership with sales leadership. • Work authorization for US.
