About the role
The Sales / Ecommerce Officer will oversee business operations, engage customers, and drive sales growth for the store. The role requires strong digital skills and a passion for eCommerce.
What you’ll do
• Create and implement sales strategies including cross-sell and up-sell. • Manage customer satisfaction with timely and accurate product delivery. • Develop new business ideas to boost sales. • Oversee inventory and replenishment management. • Maintain online presence and digital marketing efforts.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. • At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, sales or operations. • Proficient with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. • Experience with 3PL logistics and order fulfillment. • Ability to prepare sales reports and lead with minimal supervision.
