What you’ll do
• Manage onboarding and new hire readiness. • Design scalable learning paths with AI role plays and certifications. • Leverage AI to create training content and digital assets. • Build certification programs and maintain records. • Measure enablement effectiveness and report to leadership.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in fraud prevention or identity verification preferred. • 3+ years in sales enablement or learning development. • Understand enterprise SaaS sales and methodologies. • Strong communication and project management skills. • Work authorization for USA.
