About the role
Support the UK & Europe sales process through lead follow-up, consultation support, programme preparation, client communication and sales administration. Help move prospective families smoothly through the sales journey and provide polished, professional client experiences.
What you’ll do
• Call, email and message leads to support follow-up and consultation booking. • Create and format student appraisals, proposals and sales documents. • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and support invoicing. • Support Sales Consultants and Academic Advisors before and after consultations. • Help ensure no lead or task falls through the cracks.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail. • Strong written and spoken English. • Experience or ability to learn Salesforce, Canva, PandaDoc, Groove. • Professional, warm communication style with families and teams. • Work authorization for listed countries.
