About the role
Support leadership and retail teams to elevate sales, drive revenue, and expand brand presence. Build customer relationships and deliver sales quotas through excellent service.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact for clients in-store and online. • Offer personalized styling consultations. • Conduct outbound communications and follow-ups. • Maintain accurate inventory records daily. • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND, or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related. • 1-2 years retail sales experience, preferably fashion. • Experience with POS, CRM, and inventory tracking. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
