About the role
Lead field sales operations to acquire micro-retailer and FMCG distributor customers in Abuja. Manage a sales team and drive customer acquisition and portfolio quality.
What you’ll do
• Own acquisition of micro-retailer and FMCG distributor customers. • Identify and map high-potential markets and trade clusters. • Lead and manage field sales agents. • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and report weekly. • Ensure compliance with onboarding and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 3-6 years field sales experience. • Background in fintech, FMCG, microfinance or financial services. • Experience managing on-ground sales teams. • Bachelor's degree in any field. • Must be based in assigned cluster (Suleja / Nyanya).
