About the role
Manage BNPL sales promoters across partner stores to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth customer onboarding. Coordinate with underwriting, verification, and collections teams for customer approvals and disbursement.
What you’ll do
• Supervise BNPL sales promoters. • Drive financing sales targets and conversion rates. • Ensure accurate KYC documentation. • Handle escalated customer issues. • Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
What you’ll bring
• HND/B.Sc. in Business or related field. • 2-3 years sales supervision experience. • Knowledge of customer onboarding and credit processes. • Leadership experience managing field teams. • Willingness to work across multiple store locations.
