About the role
Manage and oversee workflows supporting a growing sales force across Field Sales channels. Run business-as-usual processes related to sales hiring, compensation, performance, tools, and supplier partnerships.
What you’ll do
• Oversee sales target setting and compensation plans. • Manage Field Sales budgets and hiring initiatives. • Prioritize and implement sales system enhancements. • Develop reports and dashboards using Salesforce and SQL. • Manage supplier relationships and budgets.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 6 years in sales operations or sales enablement. • Intermediate SQL and Python skills. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets expertise. • Experience with Salesforce platform. • Work authorization for the US.
