About the role
Coordinate sales quality and processes for luxury safari bookings, supporting sales consultants in East and Southern Africa. Evaluate sales calls, analyze lost leads, and improve sales performance and client experience.

• Evaluate consultant sales calls and provide feedback. • Ensure adherence to sales processes and procedures. • Analyze lost leads and identify conversion issues. • Review itineraries for quality and accuracy. • Assist with consultant development and coaching.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in safari or luxury travel industry. • Strong knowledge of African safari products. • Proven consultative sales experience. • Analytical skills to interpret sales data. • Work authorization for East & Southern Africa region.
