About the role
Recruit top-tier sales talent across all levels for Toptal. Partner with sales leaders to define search strategies and deliver excellent candidate experiences.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain pipeline of qualified sales candidates. • Source and engage top-performing talent globally. • Conduct candidate outreach and screening. • Design and coordinate customized interview processes. • Guide candidates through interview stages.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years recruitment experience, 3+ in sales recruiting. • Experience hiring enterprise-level sales talent. • Strong partnership with Hiring Managers. • Must be located in US or Canada with work authorization.
