About the role
Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform for a UK-based education recruitment business. Support recruitment operations through administration, automation, and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Manage daily Salesforce administration and configuration. • Design and maintain automated workflows using Salesforce Flow. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards. • Support Salesforce integrations with recruitment platforms. • Provide user support and training.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 12 months Salesforce Administrator experience. • Strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills. • Experience with Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards. • Ability to manage user permissions and data security. • Work authorization to work remotely from South Africa during UK hours.
