Manage, enhance, and support the Salesforce platform to improve business processes and user adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
What you’ll do
• Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Configure custom objects, fields, and permissions. • Build Salesforce Flows and automation. • Manage user access and security. • Create reports and dashboards.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years Salesforce Administration experience. • Strong Salesforce platform configuration knowledge. • Experience with Flows, Reports, and Security Model. • Ability to work EST/ET hours. • Work authorization for Philippines.
