About the role
Manage end-to-end customer engagement for SAP NS2 Cloud Customers focusing on RISE with SAP and related cloud solutions. Drive onboarding, service delivery, project initiation, and customer relationship management.
What you’ll do
• Manage customer onboarding and continuous service delivery. • Initiate release and maintenance projects. • Provide architecture and governance coaching. • Drive customer relationship and renewal management. • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years SAP consulting or operations experience. • 5+ years SAP Basis or infrastructure experience. • Hands-on SAP cloud solutions expertise. • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Must be a U.S. Person with no visa sponsorship.
