About the role
The SBP Sales Supervisor manages Lush Hair's Strategic Business Partner network to drive sales growth and commercial performance. The role ensures effective onboarding, activation, campaign execution, and retention of SBPs within assigned territories.
What you’ll do
• Drive monthly sales targets with 60% dry and 40% wet hair sales. • Monitor and update sales performance data daily. • Maintain and grow SBP relationships and network. • Ensure execution of promotions and brand visibility. • Track sales, stock levels, and provide performance updates.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in sales supervision or related field. • Strong relationship management skills. • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Knowledge of hair extension products is a plus.
