About the role
Lead onboarding consultations for women's health members and ensure smooth care transitions.
What you’ll do
• Lead video and audio onboarding consultations. • Deliver personalized program introductions. • Capture and synthesize member information. • Prepare handoff notes for treatment PTs. • Contribute to team initiatives and projects.
What you’ll bring
• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) required. • Licensed physical therapist. • 3+ years clinical experience in musculoskeletal and pelvic health. • Completion of pelvic health certification (PH1, PF1, or Evidence in Motion). • US work authorization.
