About the role
Join Tailscale's product security team to enhance security and privacy features. Collaborate asynchronously with technical teams to improve product safety.
What you’ll do
• Identify and implement security and privacy features. • Audit features for security weaknesses and drive resolutions. • Support engineering with threat modeling and security analysis. • Write software at least 50% of the time.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go preferred). • Experience with application platforms like iOS, Android, web, Windows, macOS, Linux. • Prior safety-related technical role experience. • Deep understanding of web application vulnerabilities and API security. • Work authorization for the United States.
