About the role
Lead the architecture of PointClickCare’s AI Platform enabling scalable AI solutions across teams. Guide engineering teams and collaborate with product counterparts to build a robust AI platform.
What you’ll do
• Design and evolve AI Platform architecture. • Guide AI Engineering team with mentorship and design reviews. • Translate product roadmaps into architectural designs. • Provide architectural guidance and reusable patterns. • Establish platform standards for security and responsible AI.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years software engineering and platform architecture experience. • 5+ years AI/ML infrastructure and GenAI solutions experience. • Expertise with agentic systems and MCP. • Strong cloud-native and distributed systems architecture skills. • Work authorization for Canada or remote as specified.
