About the role
Lead design and delivery of agentic systems that orchestrate tools, data, and policies for enterprise workflows. Focus on secure, reliable, and scalable AI solutions with measurable impact.
What you’ll do
• Design multi-agent architectures with state management and routing. • Implement frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Haystack Agents. • Integrate enterprise tools and data sources via APIs and event-driven flows. • Define SLIs/SLOs and build observability dashboards. • Enforce safety policies and collaborate on security compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 5–8+ years software engineering with production LLM experience. • Expertise with agentic frameworks and tool/function-calling patterns. • Strong RAG engineering with vector DBs and grounding techniques. • Proven track record building secure, observable LLM systems. • US work authorization; remote US-based candidates preferred.
