About the role
Lead end-to-end AI improvements for Oyster AI, focusing on reliability, evaluation, and infrastructure. Support other teams in building AI features through mentoring and technical guidance.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end AI improvements from design to rollout. • Design reliable agents and tools with error handling. • Improve knowledge retrieval and indexing strategies. • Build trustworthy evaluation loops and regression checks. • Diagnose and fix production failures with evidence.
What you’ll bring
• Senior engineering judgment with complex production experience. • Hands-on shipping of LLM-powered products. • Expertise in retrieval, evaluation, agents, or tool calling. • Strong coding, debugging, testing, and system design skills. • Work authorization for listed EMEA and Americas countries.
