About the role
Lead research and machine learning projects to reinvent real estate lending with automated valuation models and asset valuation. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy production-grade AI systems.
What you’ll do
• Design and deploy automated valuation modeling systems. • Develop machine learning and statistical models for asset valuation. • Establish frameworks for model performance and retraining. • Build analytical tools for risk, underwriting, and capital markets. • Collaborate with MLOps and data infrastructure teams.
What you’ll bring
• Ph.D. or Master's in quantitative discipline with 5+ years experience. • Proven machine learning model development and deployment. • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and R. • Experience in technical leadership and mentoring. • Work authorization for USA required.
