• Design and ship complex backend features with minimal guidance. • Influence team objectives and technical direction. • Define backend standards for style, testing, and operational readiness. • Mentor engineers and improve delivery practices. • Diagnose and prevent performance and reliability issues.
What you’ll bring
• Strong command of backend architecture and APIs. • Proficiency in modern backend languages. • Experience with modular backend boundaries and architectures. • Ability to lead through influence and clear communication. • Experience building or operating agentic AI systems in production.
