About the role
Develop scalable backend services for virtual power plant and energy market integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative energy solutions.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and scientists. • Build and optimize backend services for VPP operations. • Design and implement APIs for energy market integration. • Optimize backend for scalability and many users. • Promote teamwork and reduce tech debt.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with scalable backend solutions in TypeScript. • Knowledge of virtual power plant infrastructure and energy markets. • Experience with energy service interfaces like smart meters. • Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred). • Work authorization for Germany.
