About the role
Design, run, and improve health, wellness, and financial benefits programs for a distributed workforce. Serve as senior expert on benefits strategy and delivery within People Operations.
What you’ll do
• Own benefits strategy and roadmap across multiple benefit types. • Lead annual benefits renewal and open enrollment cycle. • Manage vendor and carrier relationships. • Partner with Finance on budgeting and cost forecasting. • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and filings.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years benefits experience in fast-paced environment. • Deep knowledge of US benefits regulations and funding models. • Experience with benefits platforms and HRIS systems. • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Excellent communication and independent work ability.
