Support members navigating healthcare by coordinating specialist visits, imaging, therapy, and procedures. Serve as a trusted contact connecting members, providers, and care teams in a flexible, evolving care environment.
What you’ll do
• Learn care coordination workflows and tools. • Provide clear outreach to members. • Explain provider options and benefits. • Coordinate specialist evaluations and procedures. • Partner with providers and care teams.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years healthcare administration or care coordination experience. • Knowledge of health-plan and benefits navigation. • Experience with EHR/EMR and scheduling systems. • Strong communication and organization skills. • Work authorization in eligible U.S. states.
