About the role
Lead clinical trial site activities across Japan ensuring compliance with GCP and study protocols. Support site qualification, monitoring, management, and close-out to ensure patient safety and data quality.
What you’ll do
• Lead site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits. • Oversee site performance and data quality. • Maintain regulatory and trial documentation. • Serve as Lead CRA and mentor other CRAs. • Develop monitoring plans and study tools.
What you’ll bring
• MD or pharmacy degree with 3+ years CRA experience or equivalent. • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA/EU regulations. • Experience in 2-3 therapeutic areas. • Proficiency in English and local language. • Willingness to travel with valid passport and driving license.
