About the role
Help build and scale 1Password’s Commercial Deal Desk within Revenue Operations. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams on complex commercial decisions.
What you’ll do
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal on complex deals. • Advise on deal structure, pricing, terms, and approvals. • Review and execute deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ. • Build Commercial Deal Desk processes and documentation. • Create playbooks and training materials for sales teams.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in Deal Desk or related SaaS function. • Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ/Revenue Cloud. • Strong understanding of commercial deal structures. • Ability to build/improve processes and policies. • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
