About the role
Serve as the bridge between assay development and scalable lab production. Ensure new oncology products are designed for production from day one.
What you’ll do
• Embed within NPI programs from feasibility through design transfer. • Partner with teams to evaluate molecular and tissue workflows. • Serve as Lab Ops liaison to informatics and LIMS teams. • Perform workflow assessments to identify bottlenecks and failure modes. • Collaborate on instrument qualification and automation integration.
What you’ll bring
• B.S. or M.S. in related discipline or equivalent experience. • 7+ years experience with a Master’s degree or 10+ with Bachelor’s. • Strong background in molecular biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry. • Knowledge of CAP, CLIA, NYSDOH, and GxP requirements. • Work authorization for the US.
